By accessing or using the Voltrix Publishers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Voltrix Publishers provides ghostwriting, editing, cover design, formatting, and publishing support services. All projects are subject to individual agreements and project-specific terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, the author retains all rights to the intellectual property of their book once payment is completed in full. Voltrix Publishers retains the right to display samples of the work for portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.
Voltrix Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the content published by authors.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Voltrix Publishers is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voltrix Publishers operates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
